As a regular poster on a football forum specific to the club I support, I am well used to seeing exceptional levels of knee-jerking, hypocrisy and near complete detachment from the real world, but never expected to see that on here.

This thread has changed that completely.

Some of you quite badly need to get over yourselves - do you think people you've worked with have never spoken about you behind your back, not giving you a chance to defend yourselves? Just because some people from here, including moderators, post 'over there' does it automatically mean they agree with anything derogatory said about somebody here? Of course it doesn't.

I'll probably get classed as making a personal attack for this post, which I'm really not, but, seriously, grow up some of you, it's ridiculous
