AC pax no longer need to collect bags before entering USCBP at YYZ, YUL & YVR
Does that mean that one can no longer book CYXX - CYYZ - KXXX and claim bags prior to US CBP and leave the pre-clearance area? As in use CYYZ as a hidden city?
