Stayed here for three nights and found it to be good. No problems with the keys or the elevator. Close to the subway, rooms are decently furnished. Breakfast in the lounge is weak. Quality is not high and not very many offerings. They do bring you cut fruit once they take down your room number--as there is no fruit out so you have to ask for it if they don't automatically give it to you. There are two hot items per day, bread, cereal, and some pasties which are clearly mass produced. Despite that, the price was reasonable for the room and it is easy enough to get into Manhattan. As I was there for work, I didn't need to spend much time in the room anyway and had no problems when I was there. Internet speed was fine too.
