One of two for me. Difficult to decide.

First candidate was my first op-up to J with the cradle seats flying LHR-DEL. First time I'd ever flown anything other than Y and as a kick-off to starting a RTW after finishing university, that was pretty special.

Second candidate is coming back into Londom from Berlin one Friday afternoon with very high winds and seeing a couple of planes ahead of us aborting. Lots of swishing around and a hefty thud on landing later the captain comes onto the PA and says - "Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to London's Heathrow Airport. I trust you enjoyed the rather... sporting approach this afternoon". Absolute classic! Will live me always.
