I think it helps that my BP on LX from NRT-ZRH is a LX BP and shows me in F. I don't know how many judges are aware of code shares, etc. I can't wait to hear LX explain why I was ok to fly on them in F but then after I start my trip they decide the ticket was issued incorrectly and now I can't fly in F....
Cheers
You go grrrl! ^ I can't wait to hear the outcome of your case against the gnomes. Nicely handled and documented, with prima facie evidence of carriage in F, then denied boarding in F, triggered by invol. downgrade. With their own BP's in hand! Well planned, and nice work!
If everyone had followed this same approach, LX would have a heck of a legal storm to handle.
