I had a recent stay there, and it was the worst breakfast I have had at an SPG Hotel ever. I started in the executive lounge, and then actually moved to the kitchen for a normal meal. After trying 3 things (all of which seemed to be microwaved) I gave up and walked down the street to get food (I paid the bill). I let management know, and they said they would look into it.

The room was acceptable, but felt a lot more like a 4Points than a Sheraton.

I would highly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel, stay at the Sheraton in Tribeca which is much nicer.
