I agree with both points - although the hot option is usually a choice of take it or leave it!
The Flagship Hot Breakfast is typically a dry block of scrambled egg presented with the sausage of the day. There's usually some ketchup, salsa and grated cheese to sprinkle on top. The sausages are usually quite pleasant though.
