Given the state of T7 and the intended design for T8 to be expanded, growing T8 would be far more sensible than refurbishing T7.
I stand corrected on the detail, but not on the main point - UA will no longer operate 3-class F out of JFK, and mark my words, the days of the F lounge are counted, whatever they say at the moment.
