Sad? If I restrained you in my house for 8 hrs, your comment would be the same... Oh well its sad? Or would you complain, sue or charge me with a crime? Yet people put up with these situations and even being nice and understanding of the airlines' and airports' actions. They even pay for the privilege of being tortured. Come on people wake up.
