Luggage allowance on Mixed Class (M/Y) flights

Hi

My mother-in-law (no status) is flying SK in economy (M) and economy extra (Y) to/from ORD/Scandinavia. I cannot get anything sensible from SAS on what the luggage limit actually is and they just point me to the website. As it is a return ticket is checked luggage calculated at highest amount (2x23kg) or at the amount for inbound and outbound separately. I read somewhere that the US states it should be one per ticket, but I cannot find that definition online anywhere.

In the days of paper tickets it was easy to tell, but now obscured.

If anyone has something that can be pointed to or definitive information that would be good.

Thanks!
