Is my understanding correct here ?
Say I spend INR 200 ..
On domestic spends I will earn
On ICICI Sapphiro Amex -- 7*2 = 14 miles
On HDFC World card -- 3.9*2 - ~ 8 miles
On ICICI Sapphiro Visa card -- 4*2 = 8 miles

On international spends I will earn

On ICICI Sapphiro Amex -- 9*2 = 18 miles
On HDFC World card -- 3.9*2 - ~ 8 miles
On ICICI Sapphiro Visa card -- 5*2 = 10 miles ..

I just spend a few thousand ( luckily not more) on HDFC World CC even though I have both the ICICI versions mentioned above !!
