Europe has launderettes (some hotels have them too
); in the worst case scenario you can wash stuff in your room. Unless you are changing locations every day or two, you should need only 3 or 4 days of underwear and shirts.
I don't see a big problem with your pants and suit.
Will you be traveling on business, if it is only a vacation, why have a suit?
