I have no experience at Narita, but 1h55 at SIN is more than sufficient for any connection.

I assume you are on separate tickets (otherwise I don't really see the point of the question). But since both airlines (SQ/NH) are *A partners, they should be able to send your luggage through and you will not have to go through immigration to pick it up and re-check.
