Still doesn't say why they have to be US citizens though. Maybe because of all the crime we have over here compared to the USA they feel that any non-USA national is a risk to security.
Can you explain what you mean by that?
To my knowledge crime in Britain is no worse than in the US, especially as barely anyone owns a gun.
