Although the LH booking site does not let you search for a specific fare class, it does show you the fare class before booking. For example, I searched for DEN-FRA in Economy on randum dates and was offered a choice of 4 fares: Economy Basic I, Economy Basic II, Economy Basic Plus II and Economy Basic Plus III. In fare review I could see they would book into T, S, U and B respectively.
