I think your choices in order from distance from Euston Station are all HI's (not HIX's) ...
1)London - Bloomsbury, 0.42 miles
2)London - Regent's Park, 0.96 miles
3)London - Camden Lock, 1.08 miles
4)London-Kings Cross Bloomsbury, 1.12 miles
5)London - Oxford Circus, 1.55 miles
6)Crowne Plaza - The City, 1.91 miles
Camden is the best HI experience of the 5x HI's I listed.
There is no free wifi in Central London even for PCR Plats, HI's cost £19 for internet per night! Though local coffee shops, Starbucks, Costa will have free wifi.
All Central London HI's will be 35K points now since 18th Jan 2013 ... BUT if you ring up before 18th March you can request old rates of 25K/night AND yes on phone you can also book as points/cash combo. CP will be 45K points, 35K if on old rates.
