A4 documents usually print OK on Letter and vice versa (as the sizes are fairly similar) - but what I would do, just as back-up, is print a copy to PDF and get it printed to A4 once in Europe. Hotels are usually quite happy to print out tickets and boarding passes if you give them a USB stick with the document on.
