Assuming that you mean SkyTeam Elite and not ElitePlus, Elite (Silver or FO in DL's FFP) is not entitled to SkyPriority unless confirmed in premium cabin. Elite should get the same treatment as FO/Silver, which would mean zone 1 boarding (the third zone after SKY and PREM) and separate check in and security lines at major hubs. At some other airports, FOs (and SkyTeam Elites) can use the same line as SkyPriority for check in (look at the signs) but generally don't get elite security lanes. You won't get TSA PreCheck on an international itinerary and probably can't with a foreign passport unless you have GE or NEXUS.
