I bought a Tumi bag in the US by mail order a few years ago and turned it into a Scandinavian luggage dealer that sells Tumi too. They took the bag sent it to Germany and told me that I should pick a new comparable bag and Germany would send it over for me to pick up on my next trip by there. Went very smoothly and got a new and better bag.

It was handled so well that I am now more amenable to adding to my collection of luggage from them.
