No stowage on the 757 for sure: In front of the left bulkhead are aft-facing crew seats, and in front of the right bulkhead is the galley.

Most A320's I've been on, the bulkhead partition does not go all the way to the floor so it's possible to place your bag under the FC seat in front of you.
