Rant: Using MMB to reserve seats and "help" from email contact
In two weeks flying BNE-SIN-LHR in Y. Flying BNE-SIN on QF and then SIN-LHR on BA metal but the TA booked it all through QF but the itinerary specifically says SIN-LHR operated by BA.
Before my outward journey I couldn't choose my seat so went to BA ticketing desk in T3 and they said they sorted it to me. However, when I log into MMB t doesnt give the option to choose my seat.
E-mailed through the online form and the response was to enter my location into the website and contact the number provided. Entered Australia only to be told that BAEC is not available in Oz. E-mailed again and response was to send me the same link again.
All i'm looking for s the ability to choose my seat on MMB! Is it worth e-mailing to complain?
