Delta breaks its Sky Priority promise

Part of being SP (I'm a Plat) is priority baggage, right?

I flew LAX-MSP-MCO and they did tag my checked piece with a yellow SP tag. The tag was on the bag when I got it at bag claim. The problem is, not only was my bag not one of the first off, it was about 10th from dead last. I watched as non-SP bags got delivered, spun, and collected by the Kettles as I stood there, bewildered. I had over a 40-minute wait for my bag. BTW, this was after 11:00pm when MCO is nearly vacant so it's not as though DL was so busy they overlooked something. Even if they were busy, no excuse.

I wrote in, and received this brush-off:

Guess how anxious I am to the privilege of them "serving" me again! Maybe they'll waste more of my time on a future flight. They don't care about the 40-some minutes of my time I wasted waiting for my bag, nor the additional time and effort it took to write in. I have the feeling that "Internal review" equals the "Delete" button. Wasn't this even worth a few lousy Skypesos?

I know DL just slapped the Elites in the face with "Enhancements,", but really, should'nt they be honoring their end of the loyalty promise they made to us? Seems like a little thing (to Delta) but when you're standing at Bag Claim at 11:30pm, it really isnt.
