I agree, because I think WN's open seating policy is NOT working any more.
Like others have said here, it's one thing to save one seat, perhaps, for the spouse. However, on my last six flights, all within the last 2 weeks, I'm seeing more GROUPS of people saving whole rows, including seats across the aisle.
Why can't WN require the FA to enforce the "open seating" policy?
