Star Alliance is closing the central London ticket office on Conduit Street. Most airlines have left already, and only AC, LH, and RG are left...they go on Feb 28.

It's a bit of a shame, because I used this often to sort out missing miles, get itineraries straightened out, etc. Now there is no human face unless you want to slog it out to T3 at LHR.
