I have just watched a programme on Channel 4, which I had recorded yesterday, entitled "Britain's Secret Shoppers". My ears pricked up when there was mention of how to get cheap J tickets; as a camera panned to a member of BA staff. I wondered if any of our "secrets" was going to be exposed to the general public.
After suffering about half an hour watching some rather dull items, the secret was revealed by said member of staff. The top tip was...

Book a ticket when there is a public holiday at your destination as there less demand for business travel.

I feel underwhelmed, but at the same time glad our secrets are safe, thank goodness for FT.
