If I have observed correctly (entirely possible that I have not, as I don't tend to try to move the arm rests up), CE arm rests do not go up. I am assuming that is the reason CE is not covered on the website.
Good point, I'd forgotten the little drink surface at the ends of the arms.

Thin-CE would have lifting arms though, except for the front row.
