nbevan very sorry to hear of your wife's injury. I hope she recovers quickly enough not to need the full cast in a month's time.

If I have observed correctly (entirely possible that I have not, as I don't tend to try to move the arm rests up), CE arm rests do not go up. I am assuming that is the reason CE is not covered on the website.
