No Y 'bulkhead' underseat stowage on any 757 or 787. A319, 320 okay. 737s seem to vary in this regard, but I usually choose exit row on 737. I also don't recall full bulkheads on any RJs with FCC, but most of the RJs I fly don't have FC. IDK about other wide bodies.
