MOQ seems to be around 10,000 pieces if you want to stay under 0.02 USD per piece. I don't know about duties and customs clearances to bring headrest covers into the EU from China- but surely for the actual shipping we can just get the remaining HON and Senator to use it as their extra baggage allowance.
