Lonely Planet by far unless you are looking to stay in a lot of really expensive hotels. And even then Lonely Planet often lists expensive places alongside the cheap ones.

Internet or not, I like having a guidebook. I downloaded one to my Kindle and that was not satisfactory, although I suppose it could be nice to have one my smartphone.
