There is a 35k offer with AF waived for both version--AND it awards the 35k bonus to both versions.
I just applied yesterday for the 40,000 bonus and the 89 annual fee. For some reason, I missed that they do not waive the first annual fee. I am contemplating canceling the card.

Is it possible to cancel this card and in a few days to apply for the same card but with the 35,000 bonus/no annual fee? Or do they normally catch that sort of thing.
