In a way it would make sense, with the Middle Eastern airlines opening uo South American routes (some already do GRU and EZE, and Iran Air used to fly a highly dubious THR-CCS), so LIM is a logical next. And QR will join oneworld, opening up connections from LIM.

But I'm not sure the 140 Peruvians living in Doha are going to make the service viable.
Thats funny, as last night I saw 2 QR planes landing at BOG. They taxied into CATAM so they were not cargo.
