Seatguru and Seatexpert aren't much help with reality in the Y bulkhead row. My experience is that most UA aircraft do have underseat storage in that location. It's under the FC seat in front. OK, the airline has rights to block that area, but they rarely do.

But on which UA aircraft (including regionals) are you actually prevented from storing stuff under the FC seat ahead, due to a solid bulkhead all the way down to the floor?
