My experience suggests that the discounted domestic FC fares are not always available 4-5 months or more in advance. Unless the economy picks up and they start selling more full fares or slightly discounted fares, they'll probably publish the deeper discounts. I'd guess maybe 3 months in advance.

Of course there's no guarantee that they will.
