International I would never pay for F though-if I have to I would rather pay JL/SQ/CX/LH/BA (though LH not as much as they have a decent product but their group screwed me over on the RGN R3 fares.)
Well I was talking domestic, where B is almost always more than the most discounted premium cabin ticket. For int'l travel I agree completely; highest I'll pay for is J (seriously discounted) and then upgrade to F if/when applicable.
