I suppose if you are a BA PAX (EMD/SPH/F/J), you can enter the ANA lounge and if IB PAX (EMD/SPH/F/J), the Blue lounge, just like standard practice? Obviously, if you are travelling on neither, you have no lounge to access if oneworld status is the only thing you hold.
