Hi Sukn,

I certainly like your approach, but do you have anything to point to in the AAdvantage literature? When I looked about an hour ago, the reinstatement discussion on the AAdvantage rules website seemed to center around "award tickets" not "PNRs."

Update: Just got off the phone with AAdvantage customer service to review the situation with them. $50 refund is on the way. Sukn rocks!!
