rouge Plus isn't a seperate cabin class. It's regular rouge Economy seats and service with a few inches of extra leg room.
rouge Premium is a seperate cabin class with a Premium Economy product and service - quite similar to the PE product unveiled for the new 777s, which looks quite good.
