Checking some fares from YYT - LHR for travel next month (work) and in July (work/vacation). On the YYT-LHR direct flights in the summer Tango isn't offered as a fare option. For the flights next month via YYZ/YOW/YUL it is offered but Flex is only $20 odd more than Tango. So who wouldn't pay the extra for Flex in those circumstances?

Am I missing something? Is Tango offered on more popular routings & it's just those of us out East who have to pay for Flex?
