You are mad that you didn't get pre-check due to a glitch in a website upgrade? How did you possibly survive for all those years before it even existed?
If that shook your confidence you are in for a lot more disappointment.

Delta need to seriously revisit the QA processes that they have in place for migrating data - I am seriously upset and my confidence in Delta as my preferred carrier has been severely damaged.
It is very likely that you are experiencing the same problem if you are a delta medallion member and have a known traveler number. Make sure you check and update your profiles!
