This question is one to which the best answer is "pick up the phone and dial those digits", rather than messing around with websites. Sure, you could book two nights and leave a note, and it'll work. But if you speak to a human actually at the hotel, maybe they'll know they normally have a dozen rooms vacate at 5am to catch a red-eye and give you the room from early for a nominal fee.
