I was not able to book the tickets online as it said that the credit card name does not match the name of the passenger for the booking.
I called them and they understood and instead booked it over the phone and it worked. I now have the emails for the receipt and the ticket/confirmation code which has all the flight details.

just curious to know that if my details (name/address) would be given to her in some way from documents at the airport?

On the itinery I have, it only mentions the last 4 digits of my card but not my name or address or anything. (thats good... dont like my details in the hands of anyone for security reasons, even for close friends!!!)

she is a US citizen, the DOB, name is all filled in and has a US passport. They said it should be sufficient enough and online it says on the "view bookings" page that the details entered are sufficient for the US government/TSA.
