If any DL reps read this, please note that there are two problems that have been plaguing your website for quite some time:

1. It is impossibly slow. It takes 2-3 minutes to load the home page so that one can sign in, and at least 60-90 seconds every time one moves to a new page. I have an exceptionally fast connection at work. The culprit is something called gtag.yieldoptimizer.com.

2. It displays 95% of DL domestic flights as "Upgrade Not Available" when one hits the "Upgrade Availability" link on the flight selector menu, even though I am a DM and most of the flights have FC wide open.

Please attend to this and get it fixed. I have called the DL Website folks numerous times, and none of them have a clue as to what I'm talking about. Indeed, most of them don't know what the "Upgrade Availability" link is or what "Upgrade Not Available" even means. And of course, no one has ever heard of gtag.yieldoptimizer.com.

As it is, I can't use the site to make reservations.
