Not surprising. While in MSP back in November I witnessed a gate agent berate a passenger to the point of tears. While boarding my flight to SEA the agent scanning tickets yelled at me to get on the plane just as the one at the desk handed me my upgrade I had to work for. The gate agents at ATL aren't the best by any means but I've never been yelled at by one.
