What is your commute situation? If I worked in Dallas, I'd be loathe to live in FW. Mid-cities, that's another story. I live in Grapevine and consider it to be a fantastic community. Commute to downtown Dallas 22 minutes at best, more like 30-35 on a normal day without traffic or weather problems.
