I made 3 trips to MNL last year. Z fares to MNL via NRT on NH are pretty good, and then you can transit within Terminal 3 to Cebu Pacific. It's not bad, T3 is the newest/nicest terminal in MNL. Be sure to consider this option if Z is available, it can be had for less then $4K round trip.
