Perhaps someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the aircraft config that AC is using for Rouge to ATH is really just old domestic J seats; that is, 38" pitch. It's not lie-flat, and is not even close to a premium product. If it were me I'd try to get a good set of seat assignments for the group in Y. It is certainly not worth anywhere near $1550 per person.
Currently those aircraft (fins 691/692) emulate the configuration of Hawaiian Airlines F/Y 767-300's - the airline that they were acquired from. Once those aircraft complete their mission with mainline (presumably sometime in April), they will go in for maintenance and interior modifications in preparation for Rouge. Appears that the front cabin is changing from 18 seats to 24, and no clue if they'll follow mainline colours or adapt their own brand/identity. I think that last minute details are still being finalized.
