Question Experience with Converting Between Chase's UA Co-Branded MileagePlus Credit Cards?

Title pretty much sums it up here -- curious to know about UA FF's experiences successes (or failures) in converting between the UA products Chase currently offers.

Back in the day I had the old personal CO Presidential Plus MasterCard ($375) which I successfully converted to the new personal UA Club MasterCard ($395) without any change in the number.

Now I would like to change my personal UA Club MasterCard to the business UA Club MasterCard (without the number changing!) and was wondering if anyone here has been able to jump between the personal product and the corresponding business product.

...any thoughts?
