INK CARTRIDGES.......the saga continues

My box of a hundred was received in November and credited January following the suspension of the scheme whilst they conducted their investigation. Under the terms and conditions the cartridges became their property on delivery.

They have now advised that the points will credit only to this year 2013 and they have been quite strident in their attitude and are refusing to countenance a credit to 2012.

Is this worth pursuing? I am able to submit further cartridges now and throughout the year but of course cannot do so.

I feel that in refusing this there is an adverse inference on my behaviour. It also seems that they are ignoring the terms and conditions and indeed had the investigation found anything untoward, then not only would I have lost the points but also the cartridges and potentially my clubcard account.

I feel Tesco should play fair and award the points to the correct year but would like to understand what others think or indeed what the experience of others is.
