Piggy-backing this one ....

I have a Cathay-ticketed trip coming up. Easy to see on BAEC Manage My Bookings, but impossible to fix there. Meaning I have to re-enter the PNR etc to see it. And then it drops of the list.

Yet oddly enough, there's a Finnair trip, unticketed, cancelled, no longer with us, that will not quit the list of trips to come.

This pretty much defines a first-world problem, but it IS irritating. Any ideas how to get the CX on the list, Finnair off it?
